Dr. Janne Lynch, DDS

Founder, AZ Sleep

Dr. Lynch's path to dentistry started in social work. After college she worked with children and families, and one day she took a girl from her caseload to a dentist for a toothache. The dentist ended the pain in about half an hour. "I realized that he had concretely helped her," she says. "It inspired me, and was a turning point in my life."

She studied at Oral Roberts University and graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2005. She practiced on Lexington Avenue in Manhattan and spent a year treating underserved patients in rural Texas before moving to Arizona in 2007, where she and her husband are raising their five children.

Today her work centers on sleep and craniofacial pain, and she works alongside physicians, ENTs and cardiologists. She lectures and teaches other dentists her methods, and she sees patients at all three AZ Sleep offices.

She still remembers being scared of the dentist as a child, and it shapes how she practices: she takes time to listen, explains your options, and does everything she can to keep you comfortable.

Why AZ Sleep

AZ Sleep is a concierge practice. Dr. Lynch started it as her second practice, focused on sleep, after seeing how many patients could not get help during typical weekday hours. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and see patients on Friday and Saturday by appointment.

Every patient starts with an extensive, paid consultation with Dr. Lynch. It takes time, and it is where good results start: we measure first, treat everything that affects your sleep, and measure again.
